Renaissance Investments is an experienced residential development company. We have been in business for 19 years. Our projects have been throughout the north shore of Boston and for the past 9 years we have been exclusively in Boston Ma, primarily in the South End neighborhood.

Now we have expanded our business and new ventures into southern Florida; specifically the Delray Beach, Boca Raton and Boynton Beach communities. We typically acquire and renovate individual units or entire  buildings, transforming them into high end residences. Our renovations are comprehensive and begin with a complete interior demolition of the existing home right down to the studs/brick. From there, our team of designers, architects and engineers proceed to create the blueprint for a beautiful home. Our construction team then goes to work. All of our buildings are constructed with state of the art amenities and all new infrastructure. 

We have a professional team of tradesmen and women who are seasoned and experienced in their respective trades. Together as a team, our singular goal is to build compelling and beautiful homes in a desirable schematic design.
