Current Project

We acquired 25 Upton St in Boston’s South End. This is a 6 story brownstone building over 6,000 square feet. It is located in an A location in the South End on a quiet tree lined street but a 5 minute walk to everything the South End offers.

This project entails turning the building into 3 stunning duplexes, each about 2,000 sq. ft. All new construction.
