18 Milford Street

​18 Milford St, located in the 'Eight Streets' neighborhood in the South End of Boston, was a gut renovation of a tired 5 story brownstone. Our team of architects, designers, real estate professionals created 2 wonderful homes: a Penthouse Duplex and a Parlor Triplex. In this project we used floor to ceiling glass on most levels allowing for abundant light and a feeling of openness. Both units had high end finishes; lighted staircases, chunky crown moldings, stunning millwork, herringbone hardwood flooring and custom cabinetry.
