32 Dwight St in the South End was a neglected 6 story brownstone building. My team started with a complete demolition of the existing interior, right down to the brick.
Over the course of a year, we created  2 magnificent triplexes; A Penthouse Triplex and a Parlor Triplex. These luxury homes pre-sold. Our clients were thrilled with the results.
Each unit had 3 bedrooms, a family room and 4 bathrooms. A complete masonry makeover of both the front and rear facades were done.
